The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as:

"partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential."

A life coach helps you find clarity, provides you with accountability and assists you to step out of your comfort zone so you can easily obtain success in any area you choose. Because each human being is different, so too, are their goals. As your coach I will help you identify your specific goals and develop an ideal vision for your future.

Life coaching focuses on identifying AND pursuing your life purpose by refocusing your present thoughts, energy and productivity. I can help you create both a better future AND a better life, today.

Limitations of Life Coaching

Life coaching and therapy are not the same. My services are a great accompaniment to professional mental health services, provided by a trained Mental Health Professional, but they are NOT a substitute.  For those experiencing the symptoms of a mental health condition (anxiety, depression, PTSD, Bipolar, etc.) please seek professional help. There may be instances when life coaching is not exactly what you need right now. If I believe this to be the case after our initial consultation, I will respectfully suggest that you seek out the services of a qualified mental health practitioner who will be able to support you appropriately, throughout your mental health journey.
