Purchase grants a limited, non-transferable, single-user license for personal business use only.

6. Account Access & Security

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of New Mexico.

Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
