Service Description

Writing your own life story can be extremely cathartic. Whether you publish it, or simply keep it as a family heirloom, using your journaling notes, I can guide you through the process of reviewing the significant milestones, and "Aha" moments of your life. Often, when we simply reflect on our past, we tend to focus on regrets and negative memories. As you put your story down on paper, themes and patterns begin to emerge and you become able to see how specific events and decisions helped shape you into the person you are today.  

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens, if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment please try to give me at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of our scheduled appointment time, there will be a $20 cancellation fee charged.
